Custom Apparel

Need custom apparel? We can make apparel for any occasion. With our Digital Direct to Garment printing, you can even put photographs on your clothing. Need a lot of shirts with only one or two colors? Save money and get custom screen printed clothing for your event or organization.

Screen Printing

This method is good for high volume designs with limited colors and no photos or gradients. Typically this method is the most cost effective for quantities greater than 50. Production time and cost increases with the number of print locations and the number of colors in each location.

How to reduce costs:

  • T-Shirts - Stick to white shirts, if possible. Color shirts will slightly increase your costs.
  • Quantities - When ordering any t-shirts, a higher quantity results in lower costs per shirt.
  • Print points - Try to limit your order to only be printed on one side. Printing on both sides or on a sleeve results in a higher cost.
  • Colors - Try to stick with one color. Each additional ink color results in a higher cost.

Embroidery

This method is a stitch process. This process is good for higher quality apparel which demands a more professional look. This method is good for low quantity, high quality production.

How to reduce costs:

  • The smaller the image, the lower the cost.
  • The fewer colors, the lower the cost.
  • The less amount of images, the lower the cost.
  • Quantities - When ordering any t-shirts, a higher quantity results in lower costs per shirt.

Direct to Garment (DTG)

This method is an inkjet process, which allows for full color images to be printed. It is great for low quantities and full color graphics. Pricing is not based on the number of colors. Costs are determined by the number of print locations and whether pretreatment is needed. Pretreatment is necessary whenever printing white ink or colors on a colored shirt. Pretreatment is not needed on white t-shirts or when printing black (and some other dark inks) on a light colored shirt.
